How to Make Pancakes With Apples ^_^

I decided to start New year from a scary step. I roasted pancakes (!!!). Though not simple ones but with apples! My family was just gobbling them)))

The recipe of family euphoria is simple ^_^

1 glass of curdled milk/not very thick sourcream

1 egg

1 big spoon of sugar

a pinch of salt

baking soda (on an edge of knife)

1 glass of wheat flour

1 apple, peeled and cut into very small cubes)) I added also some cinnamon.

Put the dough into a frying pan with sunflower seed oil, with a big spoon.

This is a really tasty dish for tea. ^_^
