Our Lord watching you sees that you may be happy with a certain person whom you'll meet when you'll be, say, 25 years old. Till that time you'll experience a lot and you'll be able to attract your dream into your life. That means that till that age every love affair you'll be having will end with parting.
All your meetings and goodbyes exist to teach you how to be loving, wise and patient, to teach you how to interact with men, how to see and appreciate every moment of such interaction. Partings just say that you've already learned all your lessons with these men, that happiness with them is impossible for you and that there's someone you'd live with during your entire life.
You'll meet him only if you go forward to your future, preparing yourself to that meeting, learning to accept life as it is. This meeting won't happen if you withdraw into yourself, if you live in your past counting beads of your miseries.
