Warning: the following recipe makes almost 4 litres of soup))
Cooking time: a bit more than an hour.

Chicken Soup Recipe - Easy!
You'll need:
refrigerated chicken loins, potato, rice, tomatoes, carrot, onion.
Put chicken loins (unfreezed) into a pan with raw water, add 1 tbsp of salt.
After water starts boiling, remove the scum and decrease the fire.
Let it boil slowly for 30 min.
Meanwhile prepare vegetables. Put grated carrot into a frying pan with oil and fry till golden, on a low fire. Then add onion and after about 5 min add tomatoes. Stir the mixture constantly.
You can add any spices on your liking.
Cut potatoes and wash rice.
So, 30 minutes have passed, and while vegetables are preparing, add potatoes and rice into broth. Let it boil for 30 min. After 30 min, put vegetables into the pan (you may switch the fire off much earlier, judging by their doneness).
Cook the soup for about 5 min more.
What's left is only getting rid of bones, which is very easy. Then put chicken pieces back into soup... and it's ready for serving.))
It's an easy recipe, isn't it! Now you know how to make chicken soup the way I usually make it at home. ^_^
